I believe many of the fitness services currently on offer can be intimidating and over complicated especially for individuals who are not used to fitness environments. I believe this is the case for many people who are or believe themselves to be overweight or for people who are older.
In addition, many people hold negative associations to sports and fitness, because of memories of PE and sports at school.
I can relate to these associations as I did not like sport at junior school and would often come last in races. As an asthmatic I also struggled with high intensity exercise.
At Routine Fitness, I strongly believe in focusing on structured exercise programmes - rather than sport - that are designed for the abilities of my client. The result means that clients can expect programmes that are challenging, but achievable and exercises that are low impact, yet strengthening.
Consultations are conducted in the familiar environments of clients homes, offices or community spaces, so clients do not need to be exposed to the music choices of a commercial gym.
This is what makes Routine Fitness a personal training service.
