Robert is an extremely professional and knowledgeable personal trainer who takes time to get to know his clients and their specific needs and goals. Being in my latter 60s and living with Rheumatoid Arthritis I find staying active is of the utmost importance in my daily life. How far do I push myself without causing more damage to my joints.
Rob demonstrated to me how beneficial the proper exercises emphasize overall muscle balance to prevent future injuries. Rob took the time to explain how maintaining range of motion is vital for my body to handle adversities that will challenge me in the future.
With having a Personal Trainer I am monitored by someone who gets to know what my needs are. Having that consistency will aid in keeping me focused. Rob with his patience provided positive feed-back bolstering my confidence in taking on new challenges.
Being able to develop a reassuring connection with someone who is not only knowledgeable on body mechanics but also on foods for health and growth sounds to me like a win / win situation. Dealing with someone on a 1 to 1 program is much more enjoyable than being in a large class where the personal touch is lacking.
Rob explained how proper body mechanics do not compromise but enhance my love for gardening, bike riding and running around with my grandsons. He also gave me a great suggestion. If the vacuuming is too much some days - hire a house keeper and go for a good walk.
